I'm giving away the LinkedIn playbook that booked 12 demos in 5 days. Free. Built for founders and sales teams tired of cold outreach that goes nowhere. Cold outreach, the data: -> 1-2% response rate -> 100 messages to book 1 meeting -> prospects defensive from message one High-intent outreach, the data: -> 25-40% response rate -> 10 messages to book 1 meeting -> prospects who already raised their hand The difference is one thing: intent signals. Someone commenting "interested" on a post is worth more than any list you can buy. The playbook breaks down the exact system, DM scripts included. The opener, 23 words, no pitch: "Hey [Name], quick question - what's your biggest challenge with [topic] right now?" The follow-up that books the call, 27 words: "Interesting - we just solved that exact problem for [similar company]. Mind if I send you a 3-minute video showing how?" Plus the exact prompts for researching a prospect and writing the message so it doesn't read like a bot.

BCG surveyed 152 CEOs about AI this summer. Their own conclusion: the core problem is not technology, it is execution. I think the report is right. I also think it leaves out the uncomfortable part. The execution gap is funded by the discovery phase. Look at the numbers BCG published in July. Almost two-thirds of those CEOs are running pilots. Only 26% have made AI part of a broader transformation of the business. Only 14% have defined the P&L impact of all their AI initiatives. Now walk the timeline most of those companies walked. The strategy engagement kicked off in Q1. $1MM and 12 weeks later: a 150-slide readout, 40 ranked use cases, a roadmap on slide 118. By August the deck has 6 views in SharePoint. The workflows it describes run exactly as they did in January. And the money that was supposed to fund the build got spent deciding what to build. Nobody disputes the analysis, either. The readiness scores hold up. The use-case ranking holds up. What killed the program was the calendar and the invoice it took to get there, and the zero dollars left to act on any of it. You can run that entire discovery yourself, in days, with a frontier model and the right prompts. That is what The Enterprise AI Discovery Playbook is. 10 modules, each with the drop-in prompt, together covering the ground of a $1MM strategy engagement: 1. Score your AI readiness. 2. Map your workflow bottlenecks. 3. Prioritize your AI use cases. 4. Decide build vs. buy. 5. Build the ROI business case. 6. Design the target operating model and map how roles change. 7. Assess your data readiness and name the gaps. 8. Model risk, governance, and AI cyber threats. 9. Generate the consolidated business case. 10. Define the implementation roadmap, down to Sprint Zero. The guide prices every module against what a firm bills for the same piece of work. Bought one line item at a time, the ten of them run $1.45MM to $1.9MM. You feed each prompt your own material:

16 Claude skills to run Meta ads that turn a profit. They plug directly into Claude. No dashboard, no new tool. Just ask a question about your ads and it answers. The 7 I reach for most: → Buyer Language Miner — mines reviews and threads for the words customers actually use, verbatim. → Competitor Ad Teardown — turns a competitor's live Ad Library angles into openings for your offer. → Angle Writer — turns one offer into 5-6 genuinely different reasons to buy. → Creative Director — converts approved angles into finished, on-brand ad images. → Audience Builder — researches targeting honestly, and says when broad beats all of it. → Fatigue Detector — tells you whether an ad is actually fatigued, or you're just being impatient. → Daily Auditor — read-only morning pass: wasted budget, fading ads, starved tests, one next test. 16 for Meta. Plus 12 more for Google. Five categories: research, creative, launch, optimize, measure. How it works: 1. Connect your ad account to Claude 2. Drop in the skills folder 3. Ask what you need in plain English 4. Claude reads the skill, pulls your live data, answers No API keys. No code. No CSV exports. Link in comments.

The Claude Playbook for Finance Pros (only 1% use this) You are using only 5% of Claude's potential 👉 Comment "Claude" and I will send you the full playbook (+ your invite to Nicolas' AI finance masterclass) The launch is limited to the first 100 comments, so make sure to be quick! This is the most practical Claude resource Nicolas has built for finance teams Companies pay him $10,000+ for workshops where he teaches AI for Finance He keeps getting the same question from CFOs and FP&A managers: "Nicolas, how do I actually get started with Claude for real finance work?" Most finance professionals know Claude exists Few know how to use it beyond basic prompting So he created a complete playbook with the exact frameworks, prompts, and workflows I use in my corporate trainings Inside the Claude Playbook, you will find: 1. How to build full financial models directly in Excel → Install the Claude add-in, choose Opus 4.6 for complex scenarios, describe the outcome in plain English, and let Claude generate the structure, formulas, and charts 2. How to create financial models using only your voice → Open Claude on your phone, use Voice Mode, state your business context and assumptions, download the Excel file, and run a quick quality check before your meeting 3. How to generate interactive scenario dashboards → Prompt Claude to build a dynamic dashboard, adjust growth, churn, and pricing in real time, share the link during meetings, and answer "what-if" questions on the spot One rule he always repeats: Speed does not equal correctness Always: • Review formulas • Stress-test assumptions • Verify chart ranges Claude gets you to 80–90% in minutes Your finance judgment gets it to 100% He's seen FP&A managers spend entire afternoons on tasks that Claude could handle in under 15 minutes This playbook is the shortcut to stop rebuilding models from scratch every quarter 👉 Comment "Claude" and I'll send you the full playbook Bonus: you'll also get a free seat fo

How to Become an AI CFO (the masterclass finance leaders are using to unlock 20-40+ hours a month) 👉 Comment "CFO" and I will send you the link to register for the masterclass I am limiting this to the first 100 comments so move fast The finance leaders using this method are getting back 20 to 40 hours a month And it only takes about 1 hour a week to build Most finance leaders already know AI can save them time The problem is nobody shows them the exact workflow, so they open ChatGPT once, get a decent answer, and go right back to doing everything manually That is exactly why I created this masterclass In the masterclass, you will learn how to: 1. Create your own AI CFO Clone that takes the first pass on your analysis and your emails 2. Produce AI forecast dashboards with the drivers built in, the kind you actually want to show your peers 3. Cut days of manual work down to minutes with a handful of AI workflows you only need to set up once 4. Build real AI confidence, so you are never the one left behind while everyone else in finance is already using AI I have trained 70,000+ finance professionals and worked with Mercedes-Benz, KPMG and Rakuten on this exact shift Companies normally pay me $20,000+ for this training 👉 Comment "CFO" and I will send you the link to register for the masterclass ♻️ Repost so a finance leader in your network stops guessing and starts building

Stop making more ads. If your current ads aren't giving you useful information, producing another 20 won't fix the problem. You need to change what you're testing first. Most skincare accounts I audit are running four angles from the same driver. They look like four different ads in the ad manager. The buyer reads them as one ad she has already scrolled past. Post-Andromeda, Meta reads them as one too. The algorithm has nothing to differentiate, so it optimises for the cheapest click and stops there. Producing more of that funds the problem. The order that works: Pick the belief you are trying to change. That is the angle. Pick the sentence that changes it for a buyer at her awareness stage. That is the hook. Pick the layout that carries it. That is the format. Four decisions, one brief, and a stranger can execute it without a follow up call. I put the whole thing in one file. 50 skincare ads broken down, each with the formula abstracted so it transfers to your brand 100 hooks, 50 by awareness stage and 50 by the five objections that kill a skincare sale 30 angles across the six drivers, each one naming the belief it shifts 20 templates with zone by zone layout specs, copy slots and the failure mode to avoid 104 pages. Comment SKINCARE and I will send it over.

Canva and Figma should be worried. Here's why. Anthropic launched Claude Design. I've been testing it. And I need to talk about it. This is not another AI image generator. This is not another template tool. This is a full design workspace Where you describe what you want And it builds it. Landing pages. Pitch decks. Animated videos. Email layouts. Campaign visuals. All on brand. All in minutes. Here's what blew my mind: ✅ You upload your brand guide ONCE and every project inherits it ✅ Landing pages in 10 minutes — responsive, mobile-first ✅ Pitch decks with speaker notes ✅ You can iterate with chat, inline comments, or live sliders ✅ Export to PDF, PPTX, HTML, or send straight to Canva for polish The breakthrough: You don't need to be a designer. You don't need templates. You just need to describe what you want. And the output doesn't look like AI slop. It looks like your brand. I've boiled the whole thing down into the infographic below 👇 And if you want to go deeper, I've built a full step-by-step Notion board - the setup, the prompting, and 5 ready-to-use marketing workflows with copy-paste prompts, all laid out so you can work straight through it. Just let me know in the comments and I'll send you the link. 💡 PRO TIP: Save this post so the infographic is there whenever you need it.

17 skills for what a $3,500/month LinkedIn agency does. 8 agents, 17 skills, every prompt ready to run. Free access for 48 hours. 👇🏾 Most people hire a agency and hand them one job: ( THIS IS THE SYSTEM – too many comments, no need to comment anymore: hope it helps: https://lnkd.in/gyEfYqXF ) write posts. Then they wonder why the content still doesn't sound like them. The job was never one job. An agency doesn't arrive knowing your voice, your stories, or your audience — they arrive with a content brief, and it's the same eight jobs every week forever. So that's how I built it. Eight agents, one skill behind each one. ► Context Builder, analyzes your LinkedIn, website, and X so every draft matches how you actually sound ► Research Agent, scans Reddit, X, and news daily so you never run dry on angles ► Hook Agent, rewrites every opener against 5,836 viral patterns in your voice ► Writer Agent, drafts the full post — op-eds, lead magnets, announcements — not just filler ► Editor Agent, strips AI tells and calibrates voice drift before anything goes live ► Infographics Agent, turns any idea into a finished infographic from 41+ styles ► Creator Tracker, monitors 40 creators weekly and flags what's spiking before everyone copies it ► Scheduler + analytics, posts via LinkedIn's official API on autopilot Seventeen skills across those eight. Every one is a real system with a voice profile underneath it. Not a prompt pack you assemble. The actual system I run. Want it? Free access for 48 hours. 👇🏾

BREAKING: It's the end for manual LinkedIn content creation ↓↓ ( THIS IS THE SYSTEM – too many comments, no need to comment anymore: hope it helps: https://lnkd.in/dVZqjATJ ) Most creators are still: • staring at a blank doc every morning • rewriting the same hook 6 times • posting randomly with no system Only to get 50 views and zero leads... This is OVER. I rebuilt my whole content operation around Claude. And it now runs on its OWN: → builds your voice profile once, reads it every session → researches trending angles in your niche daily → writes full posts matched to 17,836 viral patterns → schedules + analytics via LinkedIn's official API without you touching it A full month of content produced in one session. On autopilot. Not a single reader could tell it wasn't me. Because the voice profile reads more HUMAN than what 99% of creators write manually. Manual content: 8+ hours a week. This: 20 minutes. I documented the full system: 8 Agents, 17 Skills, 1 LinkedIn Growth Engine: → 8 specialized content agents (Persona, Research, Hook, Writer, Editor, Memory, Scheduler, Infographics, Ideation) → 17,836+ Viral Hook + Content Pattern Skills → 41+ Infographic Styles → 40 Viral Creators Tracked Weekly → 3,000-Word AI Clone (your identity layer — the source of truth) → Full Scheduling System via Official LinkedIn API Get it here + unlimited usage limits.

I built an 8-agent Claude team that creates a month of LinkedIn content in 9 mins. Giving it away free for 48 hours 👇 ( THIS IS THE SYSTEM – too many comments, no need to comment anymore: hope it helps: https://lnkd.in/gyEfYqXF ) Most founders think hiring a ghostwriter fixes their content. It doesn’t. You still feed briefs. You still correct voice. You still wait for drafts. You still get “sounds good, but not me” content. The real fix is a system that never burns out, never misses voice, and never needs a content brief. So I built the whole content operation as Claude agents. 8 specialists. 17 drop-in skills. ► Voice Builder: builds your 3,000-word profile from LinkedIn, website, and X ► 8 Specialized Content Agents (Persona, Research, Hook, Writer, Editor, Memory, Scheduler, Ideation) ► Research Agent: scans Reddit, X, and news for angles in your ICP’s language ► Hook Agent: rewrites every hook against 17,836+ viral patterns ► Writer Agent: drafts posts in your exact voice using patterns that's driven 100M+ views (17,836+ posts) (op-eds, lead magnets, announcements) ► Infographics Agent: turns any idea into a finished infographic from 41+ styles ► Creator Tracker: monitors 40 creators weekly and flags what’s spiking ► Scheduler + analytics: posts via LinkedIn’s official API on autopilot Not 100 random prompts. The exact system I run across every account, every week. Same system behind 600k impressions in 90 days. Want it? I’ll send it directly via DM, free to try – with unlimited usage.

🤯 Claude Opus 5 just broke manual LinkedIn content. 8 workflows went live this month. ( THIS IS THE SYSTEM – too many comments, no need to comment anymore: hope it helps: https://lnkd.in/gttpMtZB ) Get the system here free. 👇 They now handle everything that used to take 8+ hours of weekly content work. Voice profiling. Trend research. Hook generation. Post writing. Editing. Infographics. Creator tracking. Scheduling. Analytics. Fully automated. Everyone keeps saying AI cannot replace authentic voice on LinkedIn. These don’t replace your voice. They replace the 8 hours of research, formatting, and scheduling sitting between your ideas and the published post. It is a full content pipeline: AI clone feeds the research agent. Research feeds ideation. Ideation feeds hooks. Hooks feed the writer. Writer feeds the scheduler. Here's the system, agent by agent: 1. Voice Profiler — Builds a 3,000-word AI clone from your LinkedIn, website, and X. 2. Research Agent — Scans Reddit, X, and news daily for angles in your ICP’s language. 3. Hook Agent — Pulls from 17,836+ viral patterns and gives 10 hooks per topic. 4. Writer Agent — Drafts full posts in your voice in 40 seconds. 5. Infographics Agent — 41+ visual styles. Idea in, finished infographic out. 6. Analytics agent – get linkedin analytics via linkedin's official apis 7. Scheduler — Queues a full month via LinkedIn’s official API. I turned the whole thing into a system of 11 Claude Opus agents + 17 skills system. Get the system here, free. 👇

Most LinkedIn outreach still runs on guesswork. This Claude Setup + Campaign system = 40+ booked meetings a month, without a human sending one DM. Most founders don't know: - How to build an ICP that actually attracts buyers, not just connections - Which competitor's audience already has your next 50 leads sitting in the comments - How outbound and inbound should work together to fill a calendar - How to follow up on autopilot without sounding like a bot So I built a system to fix all of it. I put together the exact Claude Setup + Campaign system we used to help our users book calls on autopilot. Inside, you'll find: → How to generate your ICP and message templates in 2 minutes → How our users average 7 replies a day running it → Step by step on how you can copy the exact setup In the age of AI, you don't want to spend time on the wrong things.

people always ask me how i grab so much attention on LinkedIn. especially as a moronic, 22 y/o. well... i'll introduce you to my #1 trick. i've been using it to: - grow my following from 1.5k -> 6.3k - generate 10s of millions of impressions for my clients & I - sign multiple clients/ mo from LinkedIn - attract 3-10 inbound calls/mo it's ALL in the packaging. more specifically, the media. and after posting hundreds of lead magnets across my clients' accounts and my own... i finally put together the ULTIMATE swipe file of the BEST creatives behind the ones that booked calls & went viral. these are the creatives I've been saving for a year - mine, my clients', & the best I could find swiping other niches. I annotated every one with WHY it works. because honestly... the image on your lead magnet is worth more than the resource behind it. i know how that sounds, but it's the whole reason mine book calls and most don't. inside the swipe file: 1. the "blurred tease" that makes people comment just to unblur what's behind it 2. a kill-list (cross out the 3 tools they already pay for) 3. stack-equation (tool + tool = the result they actually want) 4. the proof-composite that turns a plain screenshot into undeniable receipts 5. the vault cover that makes a free Notion doc feel like a $500 product 6. plus the 4 formats I'd NEVER run again, & exactly why they flop it's yours free - details below 👇 grab whichever format fits your next lead magnet and steal the move. PS all 59 come annotated with the exact reason each one stops the scroll. PSS almost everyone gets this backwards. they'll pour 20 hours into the resource & about 4 minutes into the image that sells it. then they wonder why a good resource pulls 30 comments and DIES. the creative at the top is doing the exact same job as a YouTube thumbnail - if it doesn't stop the scroll, nobody ever finds out what's behind it. (good packaging does WAYY more heavy lifting than the resource eve

The complete Claude setup for LinkedIn is here. 17 skills. Automated content. The exact system: Get free access 👇 ( THIS IS THE SYSTEM – too many comments, no need to comment anymore: hope it helps: https://lnkd.in/dkPebC69 ) This is the setup I'd hand anyone who wants to grow on LinkedIn on day one. Pulled from the live accounts and system I run every week. Here's what's inside: 1/ Connect your LinkedIn in 1 click — your last 100 posts, bio, and website feeding live data into Claude. No exports. No copy-paste. 2/ The voice profile Claude reads every time — tone rules, cadence patterns, banned words, content standards. Built once so you stop sounding like ChatGPT in every post. 3/ The 17 skills that actually move numbers — voice builder, ICP scanner, trend hunter, creator tracker, hook generator, post writer, lead magnet, announcement, op-ed, build-in-public, infographic builder, story miner, repurpose, scheduler, QA checker, memory updater. 4/ The research that runs on a schedule — weekly viral post tracking across 40 creators, daily Reddit and X scanning for ICP pain points. Fresh content angles waiting before you open your laptop. 5/ The viral creator teardown — pull any LinkedIn creator's top posts, extract the hook, structure, and template that made them go viral. Adapt to your voice in 1 click. 6/ The content calendar, written for you — 90 days of posts queued and published via LinkedIn's official API 7/ The exact system — ready to run for every workflow, with the context engine I actually use. 3 QA rounds before anything ships. Feedback updates memories after every post. This took 149+ hours to build and test across live accounts. Get free access 👇

Aamir BajwaProprietary Deal Flow For PE Firms | Guaranteed Conversations
3d ago

Your PE firm sees fewer than 1 in 5 of the relevant deals in its market. The other 80% don't disappear. Someone else finds them. That is the problem with how most PE firms approach deal origination. Banker relationships. Databases. Conferences.  A few associates doing outbound when they have time. The real edge is finding the companies nobody is calling yet. So I put together the Deal Origination Playbook for Private Equity. It breaks down how to: → Map the market beyond the obvious databases → Find companies that actually fit the mandate → Identify founder and family-owned businesses → Score targets against the investment thesis → Find and verify the actual owners → Research each business before outreach And Claude Code can now sit at the center of the entire workflow. It split the work into specialized steps: Market Mapper → Company Finder → Fit Scorer → Signal Tracker → Contact Builder Each step does one job and passes the output to the next. Comment “PLAYBOOK”  Send me a connection request and I’ll send it over.

I reverse-engineered a $1M/month eCom brand with Claude. You can use it to build your own $100K/month brand. 👇 Most people do this completely wrong. They copy the homepage. Paste the product page into Claude. Ask: What should I do That's not reverse engineering. You're only looking at what survived. You don't see: → The products they killed → The offers they tested → The ads that failed → The pricing experiments → The customer objections → The funnel changes So I built a system that digs deeper. 8 steps to reverse-engineer the business from public data. It pulls together: → Real customer pain points from reviews + comments → Winning ad angles and messaging → Offer + unit economics analysis → Funnel and belief mapping → Competitor ad reverse hacking → Claude skills + 18 ready-to-use prompts Then take those mechanisms and test them on your own brand. I put the entire system together. Let me know if you want it.

Reads it every single time before generating anything. 2/ Research agent Scans Reddit, X, and niche news daily. Filters everything to your ICP's pain points only. Fresh angles waiting for you every morning. 3/ Ideation agent Cross-references your ICP's actual problems against what's trending right now. 15 post angles per week, each tied to a specific pain point. 4/ Hook agent Trained on 17,836 viral hooks across 100M+ impressions. Matches hook style to your voice profile so nothing reads like slop. 5/ Infographics agent: Generates viral infographics from 41+ styles — no design skills needed, no Canva templates. 6/ Viral creator tracker: Tracks 40 top creators in your niche. I’m building a small, curated WhatsApp community for people doing one of the most important, but still poorly defined jobs inside companies leveraging AI solutions and releasing AI products: AI Product Enablement. Turning what Product and Engineering build into something the rest of the organization can actually understand, trust and use. It’s the translation layer between technical product development and the teams who need to operationalize it. That might mean: • turning a new AI capability into clear internal use cases • explaining APIs, agents or architecture to non-technical teams • building a knowledge base that doesn’t become obsolete • translating release notes into something people actually read • creating internal playbooks, FAQs and workshops • helping Sales, CS and Support understand what changed and why it matters • building feedback loops between the field and Product A lot of people are already doing this without calling themselves Product Enablement. You might be an AI Product Manager, Solutions Engineer, Technical Writer, Product Marketing Manager, Sales Engineer, Product Ops lead, AI Adoption lead, or a founder doing all of it yourself. I’m bringing those people together in the AI Product Enablement Collective, a small practitioner-led WhatsApp group for sharing frameworks, problems, systems, templates and lessons from the field. No generic AI news. No prompt dumping. No sales pitches. Just people figuring out how to make AI products actually land inside organizations. If this sounds like the work you do, comment “ENABLEMENT” below or send me a connection request, and I’ll DM you the details.

One of our clients generated nearly 3 MILLION LinkedIn impressions in 90 days. And by month 3, they were booking 72 sales calls. With zero cold outreach. So I recorded a full 30-minute YouTube masterclass breaking down the exact system we used. And unlike most LinkedIn “guides,” I actually pull up the real analytics, posts and examples on screen so you can see exactly what we did. Inside the masterclass: → The 5 content formats working best on LinkedIn right now → How we structure a 7-day content mix to balance reach, authority & conversions → The lead magnet strategy behind a 270K impression + 2,700 comment post → How we train the algorithm to consistently reach the right ICP → The lead capture system that turns comments into connections, emails & booked calls → How to use proprietary insights and big-name posts to build authority → Why most people with big audiences still struggle to actually monetize them This isn't theory either. It's based on the same systems we've implemented across 50+ B2B companies. And in this case, it helped one client: - Generate 2.8M+ impressions in 90 days - Book 72 sales calls in month 3 alone - Generate 270K impressions from a single lead magnet - Get 2,700+ comments on one post - Build a compounding inbound channel without cold outreach I literally walk through the strategy on screen and show you how to replicate it yourself. If you're a B2B founder or agency owner and want to turn LinkedIn into a predictable inbound channel, this is probably the most valuable 30 minutes you'll watch this week. Free access 👇

The Claude Playbook for Finance Pros (only 1% use this) You are using only 5% of Claude's potential 👉 Comment "Claude" and I will send you the full playbook (+ your invite) The launch is limited to the first 100 comments, so make sure to be quick! This is the most practical Claude resource I've ever built for finance teams Companies pay me $10,000+ for workshops where I teach AI for Finance I kept getting the same question from CFOs and FP&A managers: "Nicolas, how do I actually get started with Claude for real finance work?" Most finance professionals know Claude exists Few know how to use it beyond basic prompting So I created a complete playbook with the exact frameworks, prompts, and workflows I use in my corporate trainings Inside the Claude Playbook, you will find: 1. How to generate interactive scenario dashboards → Prompt Claude to build a dynamic dashboard, adjust growth, churn, and pricing in real time, share the link during meetings, and answer "what-if" questions on the spot One rule I always repeat: Speed does not equal correctness Always: • Review formulas • Stress-test assumptions • Verify chart ranges Claude gets you to 80–90% in minutes Your finance judgment gets it to 100% I've seen FP&A managers spend entire afternoons on tasks that Claude could handle in under 15 minutes This playbook is the shortcut to stop rebuilding models from scratch every quarter 👉 Comment "Claude" and I'll send you the full playbook Bonus: you'll also get a free seat for my upcoming AI Finance Masterclass (P.S. Agencies charge thousands for a competitor teardown. I did it for $0. In 30 minutes. And it's more thorough than most of the paid ones. Here's what that money usually buys you: A report on the 3 or 4 competitors you already named. Delivered in two weeks. Out of date by the time you read it. Meanwhile the brands quietly stealing your audience's attention? The ones you've never heard of? Nobody's watching them. I used to run this analysis by hand. 10+ hours of scrolling, screenshotting, and guessing. Now it takes 30 minutes. For free. What the AI process actually delivers: ✓ Direct AND hidden competitors — researched, with reasons ✓ Which platforms they're winning on (activity vs. real engagement) ✓ 50–100 of their posts analyzed in seconds — content mix, hooks, cadence ✓ Their viral winners ranked, and WHY each one worked ✓ A SWOT that surfaces the content gap nobody's filling ✓ An exec summary you can act on Monday And to be clear - the AI doesn't make the calls. It does the grunt work. You stay the strategist deciding where to play. I've mapped the full 7-step process into the infographic below 👇 There's also a complete step-by-step guide behind it - the exact prompts, the scraping setup, the SWOT framework, all of it. If you want the full guide, just let me know in the comments and I'll send it over. 💡 PRO TIP: Save this post. Next time you sit down to size up your competition, you'll want this process in front of you

Built 28 skills for Google and Meta Ads. They plug directly into Claude. No dashboard. No new tool to learn. Just ask a question about your ads and it answers. The 7 that come up most: → Search Term Miner — sorts every paid query into keep / review / exclude, with the performance evidence behind each call. → Negative Keyword Builder — turns those bad-fit searches into an approval-ready negative list. Paste and go. → Fatigue Detector — tells you whether an ad is actually fatigued, or you're just being impatient. → Budget Pacer — proposes spend caps, loser-pauses and 20%-step winner scaling, as drafts you approve. → Competitor Ad Teardown — turns a competitor's live Ad Library angles into openings for your offer. → Quality Score Fixer — finds the weakest link behind a valuable keyword, then drafts the smallest test to fix it. → Daily Auditor — read-only morning pass: wasted budget, fading ads, starved tests, one next test. 28 total. 16 for Meta, 12 for Google. Five categories: research, creative, launch, optimize, measure. How it works: 1. Connect your ad accounts to Claude 2. Drop in the skills folder 3. Ask what you need in plain English 4. Claude reads the skill, pulls your live data, answers No API keys. No code. No CSV exports. Link in comments.

Anthropic’s CFO closes Anthropic’s own books with Claude. Let that sit for a second. A $30B+ revenue company. Statutory financial statements for every legal entity. Produced by an AI agent. Reviewed by a human. If the people who built the AI trust it to close their own books, the “is AI ready for real finance work?” debate is over. Here’s what Anthropic actually shipped…10 agent templates for finance teams, mapped to the four workstreams that run your week. Three observations from running these with my fractional CFO clients: → Month-end close goes from 5–7 days to 1–2. Measured, not theoretical. → The agent doesn’t replace your controller. It replaces 60% of what they used to spend their time on. → The firms piloting now will have a 6-month head start on the firms still calling it “too early.” It’s not too early. Most founders just haven’t noticed. ♻️ Repost for every SaaS founder still running finance like it’s 2022. PS. Comment CLAUDE and I’ll DM you my deployment playbook - which 3 agents to pilot first for a $5–50M ARR SaaS finance function.

Here's the entire CRE desk turned into 50 AI agents: one for every job, from finding the deal to filing the report. today all 50 are yours, free. think about everything an acquisitions-to-asset-management team actually does. we built an agent for each piece: - find it: deal finder, off-market deal, broker outreach, market research. - underwrite it: property valuation, comps, rent analysis, underwriting, IRR and cash flow, cap rate. - diligence it: title and ownership, legal due diligence, lease abstractor, tenant credit, environmental and flood risk. - package it: investment memo, offering memorandum, lender package, investment committee. - manage it: portfolio analysis, NOI analyzer, KPI dashboard, lease expiration, disposition and exit. 50 AI agents, one job each. no single agent trying to do everything and doing none of it well. you run the whole desk in the tools you already pay for, no code. they surface, analyze, and draft. the decisions stay yours. a human still runs the committee. comment 'CRE50' and i'll send it over (make sure we're connected so i can dm you) PS: repost this for priority access. reposters get it sent first.

I've landed multiple $5,000-$10,000 clients thanks to my newsletter. And I *really* believe anyone can do the same if you follow the right strategy. But here’s the problem: Most newsletter advice out there is for people who are looking to build a media business, where you have a huge audience & monetize thru ads and sponsorships. And there’s nothing wrong with that. But if you’re an expert selling services or consulting, the playbook you should follow is completely different. Now, last week I ran a private masterclass inside a friend’s paid community. It was for members only - but I asked him if I could share the recording my people on my audience… and he agreed! So for the next few days, I am sharing access to the masterclass recording 100% free (my friend charges high 4 figures to be part of his community btw). Here’s what I covered: > How to fill your email list with people you’d love to work with (no spamming required) > How to intentionally design your newsletter format so you can attract $5k-10k clients > The most effective lead magnet “format” I’ve found after creating 100+ of them And more! If you’d like to check it out, let me know in the comments and I’ll send you the link to give it a watch.

The ~$4.6B that games spent on *big* creators last year gained them 17% *less* wishlists. Here's what actually works: (free 17 page guide ⬇️) Whenever we speak to games about streamers, we tend to come across the same myths. Myth No. 1: Bigger streamers are better. This simply isn’t the case. A recent study found that microstreamers with small, but genre-loyal fanbases increased wishlists for the games they played by 36% - whereas mega-streamers performed 17% *under* the baseline. The takeaway is that the audiences of big creators are there for that creator, not the game. After working with 700+ games, we've come up against many myths like this, so we decided to put our best influencer marketing strategies into a guide. It covers: → How to find the best creators for your game → When to use them → What to offer them → How to track if they're working Obviously, not all of these are as clean as being either true or false. Myths start because they seem plausible. But hopefully this guide helps you avoid the mistakes that we've personally made along the way. If there's anything we've missed please let us know! (Also, it goes without saying: pay creators what they're worth) Comment PLAYBOOK and I'll DM you the full guide.

🤫 Let me tell you a secret: LinkedIn is no longer a platform for professionals and recruiting. It's also a platform for creators (who can make solid money through sponsored posts). 🤫 Secret No. 2: Over the past year of actively posting, most of my best-performing content in terms of impressions and engagement was... MEMEs. 🤫 Secret No. 3: Humour sells. Whether it was funny posts, witty first comments, or humorous DM conversations – some people liked how I play with entertainment, and it led to collab offers. As LinkedIn grows and becomes more mainstream, it brings more users with it. And a lot of them see the internet as a form of entertainment and relaxation. So it makes sense that for them, valuable content = entertaining content. TL;DR: Don't underestimate the power of MEMEs.
