Vibe Inbound ("vibe inbound", "we", "us") is a suite of free tools operated by LeadShark. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect when you use vibeinbound.com (the "Service"), how we use it, and your choices.

Account information: when you sign in, we receive your email address and, if you use Google sign-in, your basic Google profile (name and avatar).

Information you submit: the website URL, audience/ICP description, and any other inputs you provide to a tool.

Generated content: the lead magnets, calendars, and posts the tools create for you, saved to your account.

Usage data: basic, privacy-friendly analytics (via Umami) and limited technical data such as IP address, used for rate limiting and security.

Cookies: we use cookies strictly to keep you signed in and maintain your session.

•Vercel — hosting and delivery.

•Anthropic — AI generation of content from your inputs.

•Firecrawl — fetching the public content of the website URL you submit.

•Kit (ConvertKit) — email delivery for newsletters you opt into.

•Google — sign-in, if you choose Google authentication.

•Umami — privacy-friendly, cookieless usage analytics.

These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms and security commitments. We do not sell your personal data.

We retain your account information and generated content for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion at any time, after which we will remove your personal data except where we must retain it to comply with legal obligations.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing.
