We retain all rights in the Service, including its software, design, and branding.

Outputs are generated using third-party AI models and automated website analysis. They may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your situation, and are provided for informational purposes only — not legal, financial, or professional advice.

You are solely responsible for verifying and editing Outputs before use.

The Service relies on third-party providers (including hosting, authentication, AI, and analytics) and may link to third-party sites such as leadshark.io. We are not responsible for third-party services or content, which are governed by their own terms.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that Outputs will meet your expectations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LeadShark and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

Because the Service is provided free of charge, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to USD 100.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, including for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time and request deletion of your account by contacting us.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
